Samuel Dundas (baritone)
Samuel Dundas is a graduate of the Melba Conseratorium of Music. His performance experience encompasses opera, musical theatre and concerts and he has performed throughout Australia and also New Zealand. Samuel's concert repertoire includes Johannes Passion (Pilatus/Bass Soloist), Mozart Requiem (Bass Soloist) and includes concerts with the TSO, MSO, SASO, WASO and the Auckland Philharmonic.
In 2005, Samuel made his operatic debut with Opera Queensland, performing The Songbird (Mr Twister) for the School's Tour. Since 2006, Samuel has been invovled with the Victorian Opera Company both as a freelance artist and a member of the Artist Development Program. Productions with the company include Cosi fan tutte (Guglielmo), The Love of the Nightingale (2nd Soldier), Oedipus Rex (Creon/The Messenger) and Metamorphosis (Chief Clerk). Performances with the company include TheElixir of Love (Belcore) and Puccini: The Sacred and Profane (Schaunard).
